Measurements: seat tube, center to center: 21.25 inches / 54 cm; top tube, center to center: 21.75 inches / 55 cm.
Very cool made in Mexico Windsor Carrera Sport. Fairly heavy frame but beautiful lugs and chrome, Suntour GS dropouts. Some scuffs and scrapes but no dents or dings that I could find. Build this up with the best Japanese parts from the period and you'd have a great cruiser, tourer, etc. Eyelets, kickstand plate, etc., very practical frame. Bottom bracket feels good, was recently serviced by previous owner, and seat post is an odd size so I left it in there (and no, it's not stuck.) :)
