News paper of the XXth AF in India, prior to move to the Mariana Islands
This is the typical military newspaper of the day.  It is fragile, has  yellowed, although I bought at the Rose Bowl Antique Show, Pasadena, it has been stored in AC and the darkness since 1990 so it has been somewhat protected. Shipped folded flat.
The lead item is the bombing of Bangkok as a shakedown mission, prior to bombing the Japanese homeland. Which never worked because of the logistics.  The move to the Mariana Islands became the solution of the logistical and distance challenges.
