sign is ready to just plug it in and enjoy.  It is a high quality, commercial grade, single sided metal sign that features orange channel letters with clear Plexiglas covers. The sign works perfectly, it is super clean and it is in overall excellent condition.  However, this is a used sign and the surfaces reflect the normal wear and tear, including minor scuff marks and the holes that were drilled for mounting the sign.  The wear is consistent with a used exterior sign of its age.  Please, carefully examine all of the attached images and ask any questions that you may have.  Your inquiries are always welcomed.
